Returns & Exchanges at Flycatcher Toys

We want you to love your new style, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges on all unworn fashion items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that all original tags remain attached and the items are in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and affix the return label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
